Application Policies and Procedures
Applicants must deliver all the documents in the Application Checklist, including a deposit payment. No participant has a guaranteed admittance until all application procedures have been completed.

Cancellation Policy
Airline and land portion cancellation penalties:
60-45 days - cost of airfare
44-30 days - cost of airfare plus 30%
29 or fewer days - 100%

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to CubArtEdu.
We reserve the right to cancel any program in the case of insufficient registration.
